The multi-award-winning Glencadam 10 Years Old is aged exclusively in American oak bourbon barrels and is neither coloured nor chill-filtered to allow the grassy-fresh, citrusy, and smooth distillery character to shine.
Aromatic and fresh. Hay, fruit, gentle wood influence with light vanilla and spice.
Beautifully balanced with tart fruits, freshly cut hay and vanilla sweetness.
Long and gentle as it fades out on barley malt and fruit.

orrendo!!!! jim murray ha assegnato 95 punti a questo whisky? forse era ubriaco.....ho assaggiato tanti whisky e questo è uno dei peggiori in assoluto, costa come un glen garioch 12 e non vale nemmeno la metà.......
A very light, grassy, fruity whisky with lots of vanilla and a soft creamy malt finish. I also get slight waxy/play-doh notes. Very good mouth feel and a touch of water softens nicely. Much better now its sat for a few weeks. I would say if you like the 'lighter' whiskies you'll find this very enjoyable and good value. Very good for drinking this time of year.
This doesn't have red lipstick and high heal's to woo you. This is a light complex subtle and very well crafted whisky
Very drinkable. Light palate and nose, fruity favour.
I'm not sure why this is rated as high as it is by previous reviews. I suspect that it's non chill filled status and higher than usual ABV has clouded judgment. They both have merit, but here we have a whisky relying on them as selling points. There's a modicum of indiscernible sweetness and little else. A huge disappointment.
