From Signatory's Cask Strength Collection, this 1995 vintage Glenburgie single malt was aged for 28 years in a second-fill oloroso sherry hogshead (cask 10). Just 336 bottles were filled on 13 September 2023 at a cask strength (of course) of 54.5% ABV, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
Through oaked dryness comes winter spice, orchard fruits, banana skins, and rich malt.
Toffee apples, nectarines, chocolate pudding, floral honey, and nutmeg.
Old oak and sherried spice.
