A single cask Glenburgie here, bottled by Signatory for their Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It was distilled in June 1995, aged in hogshead #6488 and bottled at 20 years old in January 2016. 336 bottles were produced, and not a single drop of the whisky was chill-filtered.
Very grassy. Hearty heaps of cereal and a generous drizzle of caramel.
Butterscotch, caramel and a square of chocolate. Brown bread.
A lingering floral hint remains.
