A Hunter Laing bottling of yummy Glenburgie single malt, drawn from a refill hogshead which was home to the whisky for 18 years - from July 1999 to September 2017. Just 330 bottles were produced.
Gingernut biscuits, pecan, a slight touch of grist leading towards rich vanilla.
There's a hint of classic Glenburgie-style strawberry sweetness on the palate hiding behind layers of butterscotch and honey.
Oak offers up some savoury hints to the predominantly fruity finish.
