This Glenburgie was bottled in 2012, after fifteen years of cask ageing, by independent bottler Signatory. Glenburgie predominantly produces malt whisky for the award winning Ballantine's blend.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Hay, wheat and corn arrive first followed by orchard fruits and toffee apples. The palate is very fruity with notes of sweet pears and white grape juice. The finish is reminiscent of barley sugar and zesty citrus fruits.
