Unfortunately, we can't ship Glenallachie 8 Year Old 2008 - North Star Spirits to the United States at the moment, but we've got some friends who can.
Single cask Glenallachie from the North Star Spirits range, distilled in August 2008 and aged in a Sherry butt for 8 years. In May 2017, North Star bottled it up with an outturn of 326 bottles.
Nose: Stewed plums, brown sugar-coated pastries, raspberry, cinnamon.
Palate: Hot clove and cardamom. Hints of juicy raisins and Sherried peels.
Finish: Waxy orange, mint leaf and more cinnamon.
