Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Orange zest, fresh pear and green apple. Roast chestnut richness develops in the glass.
Palate
Warm cherry and sultana, runny honey, a touch of gristy vanilla and hazelnut.
Finish
A slow build of black pepper and cassia, with sponge cake sweetness.
