Matured in Pedro Ximénez and oloroso sherry casks selected by master distiller Billy Walker, this whisky is laden with indulgent waves of stem ginger, rich espresso, and spiced plums, and weighs in at a satisfying 51.9% ABV.

Nose
Dark notes of stewed berries and cherries, treacle tart, and spiced orange.
Palate
Dried berries, boozy cherries, and rich dark chocolate are backed by floral honey and a touch of ginger warmth.
