A 21 year old single malt from Glenallachie, matured in a pair of hogshead casks from October 1996 to March 2018. Following maturation, the whisky was independently bottled by Signatory for the Cask Strength Collection, producing just 449 bottles.

Nose
Ground almond and toasted cinnamon, with vanilla flowers in the background.
Palate
Sweeter on the palate, with apple and toffee developing along oily nut notes.
Finish
A whiff of slightly earthy smoke lingers.
