Joining the Cask Strength Collection from independent bottler, Signatory, comes this superb single malt from GlenAllachie. Distilled in May 2008, the whisky was treated to 13 years in a first-fill sherry butt, until being bottled in January 2022 at a hearty 62.9% ABV. A release of 598 bottles.
Cinnamon biscuits, chocolate-dipped oranges with plenty of sherried fruit and spice.
Dark fruit cake welcomes the way with juicy sultanas and sweet spice. Floral oak builds, alongside milk chocolate raisins and candied nuts.
Festive notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and milky chai tea.
