“I've tried this and the 15 and 18 year Olds. This is just as tasty as any of them. The 18 year old maybe a bit too intense for me. 10/10 sherry whisky.”

Description
12-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from GlenAllachie, originally launched in mid-2018 following Billy Walker taking the reins of the distillery in 2017, and given a shiny redesign in 2024. This is the flagship expression from the Speyside-based distillery and features whisky matured in Pedro Ximénez, oloroso and virgin oak casks, resulting in a huge flavour profile of fruit, oak and vanilla.

Nose
Fried banana, almond, cola cubes, freshly cut oak.
Palate
Stem ginger and sultana, oily barley and buttery vanilla.
Finish
Very slightly chocolatey on the finish.
