A fantastic addition to Signatory's Cask Strength Collection – this single malt was distilled at Glenallachie in 2008 and matured in a first-fill sherry butt. After 12 years, the cask was opened and the whisky was bottled up at cask strength because, as we mentioned before, it's part of the Cask Strength Collection. A total of 647 bottles at a hefty 63.7% ABV were produced.
