This single malt from Glenallachie Distillery was matured in a single first-fill sherry butt for 12 years before it was bottled at a hefty 64.3% ABV for Signatory's impressive Cask Strength Collection. Just 615 bottles were produced.
Soft toffee pennies, floral honey and orange peel with dark chocolate and baking spice in support.
Butterscotch, stewed apple, liquorice and buttery vanilla lead among hints of stem ginger, milky coffee and banana.
