Distilled at Glen Scotia, on the 17th April 1991, this was aged for 20 years in two hogsheads, before bottling by Signatory on the 24th May 2011. A release of 407 bottles.
Creamy with lots of vanilla and coffee. A touch of burnt sugar, with sweet cereals and orchard fruit. A hint of molasses too.
Thick, and wine-like, with notes of fruit again, particularly stone fruit, malt and dark brown sugar.
Good length with gentle spices, blackberries and toffee.
