We do love an Un-Chillfiltered Collection bottling, and this one contains tasty Glen Ord's single malt Scotch whisky, matured in a pair of hogshead casks for 13 years. At this fine age Signatory snapped it up at 46% ABV without one bit of chill-filtration.
Zesty orange peels with notes of rich barley, damp hay, and toffee round it off.
Honey, vanilla, and apple blend together in a light, sweet palate.
Some white pepper spice lingers.
