This right here is an Un-Chillfiltered Collection bottling of Glen Ord's single malt Scotch whisky, matured in a pair of hogshead casks for 13 years – from 2008 to 2022. By that time, Signatory had deemed it worthy to greet the world, and so bottled it up at 46% ABV without any chill-filtration at all.

Nose
Caramel, apple strudel, peanut shells, and vanilla blossom.
Palate
Malty chocolate, more vanilla, a slow build of spicy oak.
Finish
Milky tea, cardamom, toffee.
