Splendid single malt from Glen Ord, distilled in September 2007 and matured in two hogsheads. After 13 years, the whisky was independently bottled up in August 2021 by Signatory as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Toasted brioche, floral honey, creamy coffee.
Buttery with sweet apple and poached plums, orchard blossom, pastry, and charred oak.
More orchard fruit, sweet barley, a touch of drying baking spice.
