Glen Ord 12 Year Old 2007 (casks 312743 & 312744) - Un-Chillfiltered Collection (Signatory)
This indie single malt was distilled in September 2007 over at Glen Ord in the Highlands. It slumbered in a pair of hogsheads for 12 years, until Signatory emptied the casks in February 2020, releasing the whisky as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Buttered toast, lemon curd and croissant, with hints of peppery oak.
Palate
Apple blossom, white flowers and more pastries alongside toasty oak.
Finish
Dried apricot and green oak.
