Glen Moray 8yo #11621 Bottling Note

A Glen Moray 8-year-old single malt Scotch whisky that was bottled by Douglas Laing for its Provenance without chill-filtration or any additional colouring in February 2017. It was distilled in June 2008 in a single refill hogshead cask (#11621) before it was bottled with an outturn of 367 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: White chocolate, vanilla and golden malt lead among warm baking spices.

Palate: Toasted barley, lemon zest and porridge oats with hints of buttery toffee. Gingerbread adds depth.

Finish: Brown sugar and oily walnut remain.
