Distilled in March 1995 and disgorged over 20 years later in August 2015, this single cask Glen Moray was bottled by Douglas Laing as part of their Old Particular range. The outturn from the refill hogshead was 264 bottles.
Honeysuckle, grilled pears and crystalline caramel.
Sweet rolled oats, sweet and spicy malt. Simple but satisfying.
Quite long with more spicy malt.
Sweet and intriguing, barley notes are central here.
