This single malt was distilled at Glen Moray in February 2006 and matured for 19 years in a single oloroso sherry hogshead. It is a beautifully balanced Speyside single malt that offers rich toffee, baked apple and soft spice notes. Matured for almost two decades, this limited release shows the distillery’s signature light touch alongside deeper oak influences. Perfect for savouring slowly.
In February 2025, the cask was opened by North Star Spirits, independently releasing a total of 190 bottles, without added colour or chill filtration.
