From North Star Spirits' retro-looking Periodical range comes this sherried Glen Moray! This one was aged for 15 years in an oloroso sherry hogshead which yielded 300 bottles. As is the case with all whiskies from the range, it's at 50% ABV, in a 500ml bottle, and under £50! What's not to love?
Chocolate-coated raisins, ripe plum, and spicy oak.
Butterscotch sweetness, blackberry jam, and lashings of cinnamon.
Victoria sponge cake (with jam and cream) and lots of sherried spices.
