Glen Mhor 30 Bottling Note

This was distilled at the Glen Mhor distillery in August 1982. It was then aged for 30 years in a refill hogshead before bottling in October 2012. There are just 228 bottles available, from Douglas Laing's Old Malt Cask range.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Creamy, buttery aromas with hints of allspice and praline. Big notes of vanilla.

Palate: Soft spice and hints of smoke. Mince pies, freshly baked bread and sesame oil. Malty.

Finish: Baking spices and treacle. Just a hint of smoke on the finish.
