Glen Keith 25yo '91 Bottling Note

A Signatory bottling of 25 year old Glen Keith single malt, aged in a pair of bourbon barrels from June 1991 to May 2017. Following its quarter of a century maturation, this was bottled with an outturn of 344 bottles for the Cask Strength Collection.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: A biscuit tin filled with Custard Creams and Ginger Nuts. A few Jaffa Cakes too (they're not biscuits - who put those in the biscuit tin?!).

Palate: Packed with barley and orange, with hints of salted cracker and cinnamon.

Finish: Leafy herbs, more cinnamon, oatcakes.
