Bourbon
An indie bottling of Glen Keith single malt Scotch whisky, aged in a pair of bourbon barrels for 23 years. This was distilled in October 1992 and bottled nearly a quarter of a century later in march 2016 by the chaps from Signatory for their Cask Strength Collection. 381 bottles were produced.
Oatcakes with a thin layer of honey. Subtly grassy.
Brown sugar, sharp green apple and a little dark plum.
Developing red chilli spiciness.
