An indie bottling of Glen Keith, matured for 20 years in a pair of hogshead casks - from May 1997 to February 2018. Following maturation, Signatory bottled the whisky as part of their Un-Chillfiltered Collection, ensuring all those tasty oils remain within the whisky.
Salted popcorn, honey, soft sandalwood.
Fruitier than you might expect after the nose - oodles of white grape and fresh tangerine notes, with a hint of vanilla-y malt tucked away.
Pink peppercorn and clove spiciness.
