This was distilled at the Glen Keith distillery in September 1993. It was then aged for 18 years in a refill hogshead before bottling by Douglas Laing in December of 2011. A release of 320 bottles…
Nose: A yeasty, bread-like nose with cookie dough ice-cream, Spanish green melons and gingerbread.
Palate: Spiced and malty with notes of pepper and toffee apples. Lime zest and golden syrup.
Finish: A spiced, woody finish.
