Distilled at Glen Keith on the 1st October 1992 and aged in two bourbon barrels for 18 years before bottling on the 11th March 2011. A release of 352 bottles from Signatory, at natural cask strength.
Cut hay and oats, some earthy character, as well as crème brulee and pine resin.
Sweet vanilla cream with notes of caramel and aniseed, hints of plum wine and black pepper.
Good length with intensely rich notes of plum, apricot and lavender honey.
