A 1997 vintage Glen Grant, which spent its 22 years ageing in a refill American hogshead. Indie bottlers Gordon & MacPhail drew the liquid from the cask on 26 April 2019. Only 221 bottles were released for the Connoisseurs Choice series at cask strength, 59.3% ABV.

Nose
Elegantly floral with vanilla blossom and honeysuckle. Softly oaky at points.
Palate
Dark chocolate arrives on the palate, still packing plenty of vanilla and floral barley.
Finish
Lingering citrus peels and a hint of fresh melon.
