Bourbon
21 year old single malt from the long-running Glen Grant distillery, drawn from a consecutive pair of bourbon barrels which were laid down in May 1995 and cracked open in January 2017. A release of 386 bottles from Signatory's Cask Strength Collection range.
Caramelised orange peels, grist, burnt marshmallow and a hint of tobacco.
Rich honey and chewy barley. Baking spices build and build.
Lingering nutmeg and citrus oils.
