Nose: A cherry-led nose with notes of sweet sherry, oaky spices, vanilla cream, orange zest and just a hint of peppermint. This is complex stuff.
Palate: Dried fruits, cinnamon and nutmeg, stewed apricots, a little plum wine, black pepper and toffee apples.
Finish: Malty and intense, and very slightly smoky. Rich and tasty.
