Nose
Candied ginger, milk chocolate and roasted coffee bean alongside a drizzle of honey.
Palate
Peaches and cream, with a pinch of white pepper alongside buttery pastry.
Finish
Chocolate fudge, with a dash of tropical fruit and oak spice.
