Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Vanilla shortbread dusted with icing sugar, sweet honey, and a touch of cinnamon.
Palate
Toasted teacakes with melted butter lead to nutty notes of almond and charred oak. A hint of nutmeg joins sweet, fruity malt and more vanilla.
Finish
Some notes of melon and subtly vegetal, herbal notes creep in, still buttery with gentle zest and spice lingering.
