Glen Garioch 14 Year Old 2011 - The Unchillfiltered Collection (Signatory)
This 14-year-old Glen Garioch was distilled in 2011 and matured in a combination of first-fill and second-fill bourbon barrels. Bottled by Signatory Vintage in 2026 at 46% ABV, it was released without chill filtration or added colour. The bourbon casks support Glen Garioch’s rich, malty style with vanilla, honey, orchard fruit, nuts, and measured oak spice.

Nose
Honey, vanilla, baked apple, malted cereal, and toasted nuts.
Palate
Orchard fruit, vanilla cream, rich malt, pepper, almond, and gentle oak.
Finish
Warming and malty, with honey, cereal, vanilla, and lingering spice.
