Description

An independently bottled single malt from the glorious Glen Garioch Distillery, matured in a refill hogshead from 2010 to 2022. Following that 12 year long rest, the whisky was bottled up by Douglas Laing for the Old Particular range, with just 377 bottles produced.

Nose

Brown sugar and maple syrup, with hints of strawberry and anise.

Palate

Vanilla pod and fresh malt, with whispers of smoke underneath.

Finish

Drying spices stick around long on the finish.

Never a bad service

Bought for husband. I buy a Garioch whisky every year for our anniversary and Master of Malt is the only place I come. Great service, great product, great price and great team members who are always happy and willing to go the extra mile.
