Reviews for Glen Elgin 8 Year Old 2011 (cask 13789) - Provenance (Douglas Laing)
great nose and taste with a bit of spice
I have tried a few of Douglas Laing's blends lately, (The Gauldrons and Timorous Beastie.) I saw this was new and with no reviews and took a punt and I was not disappointed. Great nose light floral and sweet with a nice first taste of pastries which then comes back stronger as you drink it and more savoury.
