Bourbon
25 year old single malt from the Glen Elgin distillery in the Speyside region. This was distilled in November 1990 and matured in a single bourbon barrel until April 2016, when Signatory bottled it for the Cask Strength Collection series. 202 bottles were produced.
Old oak, sultanas, fresh flowers and almonds.
Liquorice Allsorts, ginger and growing vanilla roundness.
Thick malt notes last and last.
