From Signatory's Cask Strength Collection comes an excellent 24 year old Glen Elgin single malt, aged in a single hogshead from December 1995 to March 2020. It was bottled at cask strength (y'know, hence the indie bottling range's name) with an outturn of 243 bottles.
Clementine, brown sugar, freshly baked croissant and coffee.
Snickers Bars, peppery cedar, sponge cake and apricot jam.
Iced buns, tannic oak and a whisper of smoke.
