21 year old single malt from the Glen Elgin distillery, aged in a pair of hogshead casks from December 1995 to October 2017. Following its maturation, this was bottled by Signatory as part of their Un-Chillfiltered Collection - and as such, it was not chillfiltered.
Orange peels drizzled with honey, grated nutmeg, cedar.
Basil and thyme bring herbaceous notes, white sweeter elements include brown sugar, hot cross bun and dates.
Slightly oily.
