21 year old single malt from Glen Elgin, independently bottled by Signatory. This Speyside whisky was distilled back in December 1995 and matured in a pair of hogshead casks until December 2017, when it was bottled for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Yoghurt with apricot, buttered crumpets, oak-y vanilla.
Jaffa Cakes, cantaloupe, black pepper and a touch of sugary pastry.
Oily barley and dried apple.
