A Signatory bottling of Glen Elgin single malt Scotch whisky, drawn from a pair of hogshead casks which were laid down in December 1995 and cracked open in February 2017. After this 21 year maturation, Signatory bottled the whisky up for their Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Apple pie, heavy malt, sponge cake and marmamalde.
Buttered bread, peanut brittle, black pepper, a hint of smoke.
Orange zest, nutmeg and honey.
