An Un-Chillfiltered Collection bottling of Glen Elgin single malt Scotch whisky, aged for 20 years in a single hogshead cask, from October 1995 to November 2015. You don't see enough Glen Elgin these days we reckon, so these bottling are quite exciting indeed.
Apple crumble topped with cinnamon and brown sugar, orange peels, toasty oak.
Developing spiciness of rye bread and peppery crackers. Juicy red berries and green pears. A touch of treacle.
Spiced rum and thyme honey.
