Glorious Glen Elgin single malt, distilled in May 2007 and matured in a pair of hogsheads for 14 years. In August 2021, the gang at indie bottler Signatory bottled it up with its natural colour and without chill filtration, because it's part of the Un-Chilfiltered Collection!
Spicy oak, creamy barley, a hint of tangy orange zest, pear tart.
Crisp orchard fruits, crystalised ginger, and a prickle of pepper nestle amongst caramel biscuits and spiced nuts.
Floral honey, tart fruit, butterscotch, cedar.
