This single malt was distilled at Glen Elgin back in May 2007. Matured in a pair of hogshead casks for 14 years, it was then bottled up by the fine folk at Signatory in May 2021, for the independent bottling range dubbed Un-Chillfiltered Collection. Because it's bottled without chill-filtration. Obviously.
Oatcakes with orange marmalade, sweet cereal with wafts of ginger and fresh leather.
Clementine peels and chocolate digestive biscuits give way to peppery oak with a touch of burnt sugar.
Sweet honey, lingering malt and warming oak spice.
