From the extensive Un-Chillfiltered Collection comes an independently bottled Glen Elgin single malt Scotch whisky. This one was matured in a pair of hogshead casks for 12 years, from 2009 to 2021, before Signatory bottled it up at 46% ABV, with no chill-filtration at all.
Honeycomb, oat biscuits, blueberry muffins, juicy citrus and apricot.
Still packed with honeyed barley, with a crackle of pepper and ginger for company.
Lingering vanilla and a little dry oak.
