Remaining in the cask between 1979 and 2021, the whisky was independently bottled by the team at Hunter Laing, without added colour, or chill-filtration, for The Sovereign collection.

Nose
Summer berry sweetness with delicate herbs and flaky raisin pastries.
Palate
Honey flapjack, vanilla cream, and well-buttered popcorn, with nutty malt and distant drying spice.
Finish
Maple and pecan build on the finish with buttered sourdough and hints of peppery rocket.
