Description
A single cask bottling of awesome American whiskey from George Dickel, independently bottled by the Heroes & Heretics team as part of its Stateside series. This whiskey spent 10 year maturing in cask #35 (a bourbon barrel), before that cask was cracked open and the whiskey was bottled at 50% ABV, with an outturn of 233 bottles.

Nose
Vanilla ice-cream with toffee sauce, cut grass, dusty oak and a smidge of leather.
Palate
Still packed with vanilla, now with brown butter and toffee apple in tow.
Finish
A long finish with honey and dashes of cooking spice.
