A 25 year old single malt from the Peat's Beast range! This expression comes from an undisclosed distillery on the legendary Isle of Islay, and spent a quarter of a century maturing. After 25 years, the beast was unleashed, and it is a marvellously peaty treat indeed!
Toasted rye bread, thyme honey, coastal air and iodine.
Sea spray saltiness continues, joined by a hint of dried fruit. Old oak richness and robust malt in the background.
Peppery, though a hint of red apple gives it some sweetness.
