Description
This indie bottling of 28 year old Fettercairn features whisky drawn from a pair of hogshead casks that were filled in December and bottled in April 2017 by Signatory. A release of 478 bottles from the Cask Strength Collection.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Rich toffee, allspice and a touch of dried barley sweetness.
Palate
Earthy and herbaceous, with layers of flaky pastry and diced almond.
Finish
Quite chocolatey on the finish.
