A fab Fettercairn from the Cask Strength Collection range, matured in a single hogshead cask for 23 years - from October 1997 to November 2020. Follow that sizeable slumber, this single malt Scotch whisky was bottled up by Signatory with an outturn of 242 bottles.
Melted butter, fresh Granny Smith apples, some spicy ginger and warm barley.
Juicy red berries, balanced by oats and peppercorn. A very soft whiff of smoky oak.
Whispers of cigar box, raspberry and vanilla.
